Our Masterclass will guide you through a series of Modules and Lessons to take you from overwhelmed to informed in a matter of weeks. Every member begins by taking an assessment to determine where they are in their own senior care journey.
(It’s ok if you haven’t even started, that’s what we are here for!)
LET'S BREAK down a few of our masterclass modules
In this Module families will begin to learn more about family systems in the context of senior care understanding and recognizing that families are complex networks of relationships, dynamics, and roles that significantly influence the well-being of older adults.
In senior care, the importance of family cannot be overstated. Families often play pivotal roles as caregivers, decision-makers, and emotional support systems for elderly loved ones. Moreover, familial relationships contribute to the psychological and emotional health of seniors, offering companionship, a sense of belonging, and continuity of identity. The dynamics within families can impact caregiving arrangements, with some families sharing responsibilities equally while others face conflicts or challenges due to differences in opinions, availability, or resources. Understanding these dynamics helps caregivers and healthcare professionals tailor support and interventions to better meet the needs of both the senior and their family.
Navigating senior care options involves understanding the various types of care available to meet the needs of elderly individuals, we will review and discuss a variety of topics to create the best possible plan of care that is individualized for your loved one.
Navigating senior care options involves thoughtful consideration, research, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care and quality of life for elderly individuals. Let us guide you in the right direction.
Initiating conversations with your loved one, especially as they age or if they require care, is important for maintaining connections, understanding their needs, and providing support. In this module we will discuss all aspects of having productive conversations.
By approaching conversations with sensitivity, patience, and genuine interest, you can create meaningful connections with your loved one, strengthen your relationship, and provide essential support as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
A care plan is a structured approach to managing an individual's health and well-being, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. In this lesson we will discuss the essential components of a care plan and how to work with health care professionals to develop the plan.
By including the essential components we will walk you through a care plan, caregivers and healthcare providers can ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the individual's well-being and supports their overall health goals and quality of life.
The goals of daily living and support services in a care plan focus on ensuring that individuals can maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving necessary assistance. In this lesson we will discuss the key areas of focus to set your loved one up for success.
Overall, the goals of daily living and support services aim to enhance individuals' quality of life, fully promote independence if possible, and ensure they receive comprehensive care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

When the oldest baby boomers begin turning 80 in 2025 there will be a growing wave of people who need more support and services, and the burden will be heaviest for their children.
We're About to Blow Your Mind!
72% are caring for a parent or grandparent; and 64% live in the same household as their care recipient.
In a few years 71 million baby boomers will head into their golden years.
Baby boomers have fewer children than their previous generation, less caregiver support. This suggests they will need formal care in place.
The number of Americans living with Alzheimer's is growing — and growing fast. Nearly 7 million Americans have Alzheimer's. An estimated 6.9 million Americans age 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's in 2024. Seventy-three percent are age 75 or older.
We break down lessons into bite size, easy to consume information.

"Their thorough knowledge and clear explanations helped us confidently and easily navigate the complex landscape of assisted living. Moreover, they demonstrated exceptional dedication to meeting my grandmother's health needs. Sondra scheduled a comprehensive assessment to ensure her new home would provide the necessary care and support. Sara’s personalized approach and attention to detail were truly remarkable. They made sure every aspect of my grandmother’s well-being was considered."
"Our Nan and Pop were living on their own and our family had concerns regarding their safety, nutrition and health concerns. Pop had a fall and ended up in rehab at a nursing home. Sara helped us to find the right nursing home he could rehab at. She also helped us navigate getting them into an assisted living community, she supported us from start to finish, handling all the necessary paperwork. That included selling the house and physically moving to the community. The transition itself was smooth and supportive."
Remember, the best senior care option is the one that aligns perfectly with your loved one's needs, preferences, and budget. By planning proactively and prioritizing their well-being, you can ensure they receive the care and support they deserve to live a fulfilling life. Let us be your guides!
